The band were once again honoured to Launch the Harrogate Poppy Appeal. Playing to a good Audience at Oatlands Working Mens Club, the band enjoyed a great reception and a wonderful buffet prepared by the ladies of the Royal British Legion. We have already been asked back again next year, watch the diary for details of when & where. .


Dec 2008.

A hectic month as always. The band played in the Senior Citizens Party at HHS and the Christmas Concert, and followed those with a dash around 5 local Primary schools. Starbeck, Hookstone, Woodlands, New Park and Btilton Grange all got a visit and a 50 min performamnce of Christmas music, along with some games and plenty of chocolate handed out! What a relief to get to the Holidays!

What a great night, gathered together with our friends and supporters. We were pleased to be joined by Harrogate Mayor John Fox and his wife, MP Phil Willis and New band President and New School Principal Andy Bayston. The Concert was a huge sucess with the band premiering 5 brand new piece's including Elsa's Procession to the minster, Bohemian Rhapsody, Men of Harlech and Irish Party! Everyone enjoyed the performance, and the wine & nibbles!
